In Stock Inventory: Our In Stock and In House jewelry always includes free UPS domestic shipping while being insured for their full value when using coupon code FREESHIP at checkout.
Special Orders: Special Ordered items do not include free shipping. Shipping costs will vary depending on the insurance requirements of a shipment. To receive a shipping estimate, please contact us or call (201)300-7300.
Shipping Procedures: Items are shipped out Monday through Thursday using UPS. Clients will receive an email notifying them of the shipment of their package with a tracking number.
For Your Protection, Lion Diamonds Always:
- Insures items for their full value.
- Requires signature confirmation by an adult.
- Does not ship to P.O. Box addresses or to hotels.
Items may also be dispatched to a local UPS Hold Station for pick up. Hold For Pickup shipments will require a government issued ID for the release the package. Items not picked up within 48hrs from a UPS Hold Station will be returned to Lion Diamonds® for loss prevention reasons. Clients may incur additional shipping charges if packages are returned.
International Shipments: International clients should note that any import duties, duties, taxes or other fees are their responsibility. We encourage international customers to contact their local customs officials to understand the import duty implications, if any, of their orders.
Australian clients will have have an accompanying AUSFTA form included with their orders. This documentation may reduce their import liability by an additional 5%.
Shipping Carriers: Lion Diamonds® can ship items with a value of up to $125,000 domestically using third party insurers and shipped overnight using FedEx. Item of values greater than $125,000 can be shipped using armored carriers such as Malca-Amit or Brinks.
Shipping to Us
If the need arises to ship valuables to us, we recommend clients utilize the US Postal Service using the “Registered Mail” option while insuring the full value of their package. Currently, the US Postal Service allows consumers to insure for a maximum of $25,000. Items shipped as Registered mail are kept under lock and key during transit and are handled in a more secure manner making it the ideal choice to ship valuables. Shipments typically arrive in 3-5 business days. Secure shipping procedures such as double boxing your item and not mentioning valuables on the shipment is strongly encouraged.
Packages shipped out with any carrier are subject to delays due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping charges can not be refunded due to delays by the carrier.
The insurance of your packages ends upon the delivery of the item.
Credit Card orders can only be shipped to the billing address on file with the credit card company.
