All Lion Diamonds® In House & In Stock jewelry come accompanied with a 21 day no questions asked, full refund and return privilege.

If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us or call (201)300-7300 M-F 10am 5pm EST within this 21 day period to receive a Return Authorization Number.

Terms and Conditions

The 21 day satisfaction period begins from the original invoice date of an item and applies exclusively to in house and in stock jewelry.

Custom Made or Special Ordered jewelry are created especially for and based on the requirements of our customers and may not be returned or exchanged.

Made to order jewelry such as diamonds or genuine gemstones that are not part of our on-line catalog, which are sourced through our Special Order Services are final sale items. Upon approval of a diamond or gemstone by a client and invoicing, we are unable to offer return or refund privileges.

Jewelry that has been modified, engraved or otherwise altered may not be returned.

Items will be thoroughly inspected upon return and must be in their original pristine condition. Items returned damaged, scratched, chipped or in obviously used condition will not be accepted.

Upon confirmation and inspection of your returned item, a refund check will be issued within 7 business days.

The refund will consist of the full purchase price minus any credit card charges.
